Unsubscribe

Unsubscribe feature allows users to be unsubscribed based on conditions, across all the platform.

Once clicked on it, you need to add conditions based on which users would be excluded for any kind of communication as and when a journey or action get created. An example could be, users who have not been de-activated or who have opted for not getting any alerts.

1. Start Admin configuration by pressing the “OptiKPI Admin” button in the Up Right Side.

2. Select a List

3. Select a field – conditions based on which users would be excluded for any kind of communication.

4. Select some values.

5. Press the “Add” button.

6. You can Add one more condition or press the “Update” button to finish.

7. From this moment on users who fulfill set blocking will be excluded for any kind of communication as and when a journey or action get created.
