Brand Settings

The “Brand Settings” tab within OptiKPI allows you to manage and update essential details about your brand that are displayed and utilized across the platform.

Edit Brand Information

Update your brand’s core details with ease. Here, you can modify your brand name, update the site URL, and upload a brand logo to ensure that all communications reflect your brand’s current identity. Additionally, if relevant, you can enter your business registration number. While this is optional, it can be beneficial for administrative and verification purposes.

Time Zone Information

The time zone displayed is aligned with the time zone of your connected back-office system and is view-only to maintain consistency across all users associated with your brand account. Any necessary adjustments to the time zone can only be made by an admin user. This setting is critical to ensure that all campaign timings and data logging are synchronized with your primary business operations, preventing any discrepancies that could affect your marketing activities.
