Campaign Preferences

This tab allows users to manage communication send-out limits and preferences effectively, ensuring that customers receive the right amount of interaction without overwhelming them.

Daily Communication Limits

Users can set a maximum number of communications a customer is allowed to receive in a day across different channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and inbox messages. This helps prevent customer fatigue and ensures engagement is optimized.

If a customer reaches the set daily communication limit, subsequent communications are prioritized according to the “Communication Prioritization” settings. Communications with the lowest priority will not be sent out on that day but will be queued to be sent the following day.

Monitor customers who have exceeded their communication limits under the “Dashboard” section, specifically within the “Notification” tab. Here, the system will display a “Delivery Failure” notification for each affected campaign.

By clicking on an individual campaign failure notification, users can manage the communication send-out queue. Within the “Communication Queue”, users can view the rescheduled send-out time and date and are given options to:

  • Modify the rescheduled send-out, or
  • Force an immediate send-out, or
  • Delete a queued communication.

Communication Prioritization

Prioritize your send-outs by trigger type and campaign objectives. By default, event-triggered communications have the highest priority because they are designed to be sent immediately when a specific customer action occurs. This default setting cannot be altered.

For time-scheduled campaigns, users have the flexibility to set priorities based on campaign objectives, such as engagement versus conversion, tailoring the urgency and relevance of communications to align with strategic goals.

Global Excluded Audience

Access and manage the segment of the audience that has been globally excluded from all communications. This audience segment can be defined in the audience session and ensures that targeted customers are omitted from send-outs, enhancing the precision and appropriateness of campaign targeting.

Short Link Domain

Specify a domain for generating short links used in campaign communications. This domain can match your website URL or be an alternative URL. Using a consistent domain for CTA links enhances brand recognition and trust among recipients.
