OptiKPI offers two primary types of campaign goals—engagement and financial:
Engagement Goals
Aimed at driving campaign interaction and participant activity. Options Include:
- Message Open Rate: Ideal for email campaigns where tracking opens is possible. This goal is not applicable to SMS/MMS and push notification as they do not support open tracking.
- CTA Click Rate: Ensure your campaign content includes a call-to-action URL to track clicks effectively. Suitable for campaigns where direct interaction is desired.
- Account Login: Use this goal to encourage users to log into their account, increasing platform engagement.
Financial Goals
Focus on driving direct revenue and financial interactions from customers. Options Include:
- Deposit: Track how the campaign influences deposit activities.
- Wager: Monitor the impact on betting activities.
- Real-Money Wager: Specific to campaigns aimed at encouraging real-money betting activities.
Essential Configuration for Financial Goal Campaigns
- Monitoring Duration: It’s crucial to define the length of time for which the campaign’s financial impact will be monitored. This duration should align with the expected customer interaction timeline to accurately attribute revenue generated directly from the campaign.
- Monetary Attribution: Decide if financial gains should be attributed to all targeted customers or only to those who actively engage with the campaign and provide opt-in consent through a CTA click. This distinction is vital for measuring the true incremental value driven by the campaign.
