Users can edit an active workflow by modifying:
- Delays – Adjust timing for when customers move to the next step.
- Actions – Update or change communication content, bonus assignments, or customer operations.
- Branches – Modify decision splits, multi-branch logic, or A/B test paths.
Note: The workflow enrollment trigger cannot be edited once the workflow is activated.
Deleting a Step in an Active Workflow: If a step is deleted, all subsequent actions linked to that step will also be removed. To manage customers currently in the affected steps, OptiKPI provides three options under Manage Customers:
- Exit Immediately – Customers in the deleted step or subsequent actions will be removed from the workflow.
- Save as a Static Audience – Store affected customers in a static audience for future targeting.
- Link to Another Workflow – Redirect customers to a different workflow for continued engagement.
Once changes are saved and published, all customers in the workflow will follow the updated version immediately.
