Integrations

This tab allows admin users to configure essential marketing channels for campaigns and workflows.

Adding a New Integration 

Click on “+ New Integration” to start. You’ll be directed to a selection screen with a list of available providers already integrated with OptiKPI. If the provider you need is not listed, please submit a support ticket for integration.

Provider Basic Configuration

Select a Provider: Choose your communication provider from the dropdown list provided.

  • Configuration Name: Enter a unique name for this configuration to easily identify it later.
  • API Key: Paste the API key obtained from your provider here to enable integration.

For provider-specific fields required for configuration, please refer to the detailed provider information below.
