  • Identify customer preferences and affinities, allowing for hyper-personalized marketing.

Users can search for customers by ID, email, or name, view key customer insights, and take action by:

Adding customers to a Static Audience List for targeted marketing or exclusion (e.g., VIP/high rollers, bonus abusers, inactive users).

Sharing the customer profile with other team members for follow-up or special handling.
