Once you have completed the setup for Goal, Audience, Trigger, and Communication, the Campaign Summary will appear on the right-side panel for final review.
Understanding the Campaign Summary Panel
- The summary provides an overview of your campaign settings, including audience size, selected content, and scheduling details.
- The estimated audience size is displayed based on current data, but the actual audience may vary at the time of launch.
- The campaign will be sent to all customers who meet the segment criteria at the moment of execution, ensuring real-time accuracy.
Saving or Publishing the Campaign
- Save as Draft – Keep the campaign as a draft for further review or edits.
- Publish – Activate the campaign, and it will launch based on the scheduled time or event triggers defined in the setup.
Once published, the campaign will start running automatically according to the configured trigger conditions.
