Workflow Settings

Control Group

Set a control group percentage to measure the workflow’s effectiveness. Customers in the control group will not be enrolled, allowing for comparative analysis of engagement and conversion rates.

Enrollment Trigger

Users can define how customers enter a workflow:

  • Live Event Trigger – Customers enroll immediately after performing a specified action (e.g., making a deposit).
  • Existing Audience – Select a pre-built audience and decide whether:
    • All customers in the segment should be enrolled.
    • Only new customers joining the segment should be enrolled.
  • New Audience – Build an audience from scratch by combining:
    • Customer Properties (e.g., VIP status, account age).
    • Events (e.g., last login, last purchase).
    • Affinities (e.g., preferred payment method).
    • Customer Metrics (e.g., lifetime deposits, average order value).

Re-enrollment Options: Users can decide whether to allow re-enrollment after a set period and define how many times a customer can re-enter the workflow.
